Left: Life before eating clean, body detox and mindset change. Right: eating clean, exercise, mindset change, full body detox, BUT still chronic sinus infections, mental ups and downs, mediocre energy, hot flashes, and up & down weight issues. Knew there had to be more for my health. It wasn't until I found functional/foundational health practitioners did my life drastically change for the better.  Learning "above the collar" issues are crucial to start with due to gravity; "what up drains down" - 2022 I dealt with my 7 amalgam fillings, one root canal, and 4 cavitations.  This 5 hour surgery was an eye opener; cavitations held lyme, strep, staph to name a few. Next up was dealing with my breast implants that I had for 28 years (5 different sets due to deflations).  I finally feel free from debilitating illness. I am a work in progress, detox is not a one and done; I didn't get to where I was overnight - so giving grace is essential. My wellness plan over the years have been full of Supplements, Colon hygiene, Coffee & Wheatgrass enemas, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Lymphatic therapy, Scar release therapy, Ozone therapy, IV therapy, Red light therapy, Infrared saunas, Message, Postural alignment therapy, Trauma support with EMDR & NET therapy, but none it is without my Lord Jesus Christ!
